Error from event viewer

As far as I could reproduce it the error seems to happen every time I log in to Windows. I had my PC running over night, logged in this morning: the error occured. Afterwards I logged out and in again: the error occured. And finally I rebooted the workstation and logged in again: the error occured.

And of course: the Single Sign On does not work.
